Open Position: Associate Attorney

We are looking for a full-time associate attorney to join our team. We’re small, sharp, and collaborative — and we work on meaningful matters that impact the people, businesses, and communities in Jefferson County, Clear Creek, Park, Denver, and across the Front Range. 

Our work spans civil litigation, local government representation, land use, real estate, and family law. We’re especially looking for someone with experience or interest in local government (Title 32) and/or civil litigation, but we welcome well-rounded candidates who are curious, capable, and want to build a lasting legal career.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Managing and organizing legal files
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Attending local government board meetings
• Handling court scheduling, deadlines, and hearings
• Communicating with clients and colleagues clearly and professionally
• Collaborating with partners while building autonomy in your own caseload

What we’re looking for: 

• JD and active Colorado law license 
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal communication and client interaction
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Organized, reliable, and ready to contribute to a team
